Median Time to Close: 10 hrs 47 mins

Jan 2025 Median First Response Time: 8 mins 34 secs
Jul 2025 Median First Response Time: 5 mins 19 secs

Jan 2025 Time To Close: 1 day 11 hrs
Jul 2025 Time To Close: 15 hrs 48 mins

While we’re pleased with these results, we plan to continue our optimizations and drop these times even further. We’ve only just started to incorporate automations and AI into our customer support strategy with much more planned in the future.

Customer support is a differentiator worth investing in. We use a combination of Intercom, Zapier, Slack and GitHub to power our customer support.

Those weekend response times are dragging down our average!
